If you are an owner of some business, absolutely you would struggle to make your own business grow, bigger and bigger. Small business at the beginning, but with some hard works and dignity, surely you could reach some maximum output.

But, wait a minute! Is that all that you need to make your business grow well? Absolutely not. To make some business grow well, getting bigger and bigger, you need some business plan, A business development plan. It’s not just a simple plan, but it’s a very complex plan with so many details in numbers and actions. Why it should be that way? Because the progress of your business is being put on the line here, so, we have to be so details in everything.

There are some things that should be added on the business development plan, which are: Experience Curve Concept, Historical Perspective, Implications and Applications for Marketing. Some detail on those would give you a better chance to make your business grow bigger and bigger. Details in numbers, as well as details in actions, so that those business development plan could be operated by anyone –you manager, perhaps, and the development programs would stay on the red line since it has a manual guidance for some steps ahead.
