This makes them incredibly difficult to read, which leaves Windows running slow, as it tries to figure out what they are saying. In order to fix this problem, you simply need to send a registry cleaner into the registry database to clean out all the problematic "instruction" files. The registry cleaner will then fix all the files, allowing Windows to read them smoothly and easily.
