What Does God Have Planned For My Life?

Posted by admin 5/30/2009 0 comments
This is a question I have often been asked and I must say it's pretty much a universal belief that God has some specific plan for your life. I have an acquaintance who pretty much anticipates the Holy Spirit to make the important decisions in her life for her. I will wait and see what the Holy Spirit brings me. How short sighted, but I am smart enough not to get caught up in that discussion, simply because she has no real idea of what God is, or what the Holy Spirit is, but being caught up in her lack of understanding, she has no idea of the actual motivations of All That Is.

Most of my readers know by now that I prefer to use the name All That Is instead of the term God, simply because the term God invokes so many distorted religious based ideas about what and who God really is. Many of you still envision God as this some kind of super being in human form, (looking suspiciously like Charlton Heston, with a long flowing white beard) residing somewhere UP, heaven maybe? Or up there on a cloud somewhere? certainly not DOWN. Oh, by the way, up is always bright and white, while down is always dark and foreboding, conducive to evil acts.. Many of you equate up with good, while holding down in contempt. Good being up and bad being down, up invoking good images of saints, angels in white robes sitting on clouds playing harps, prophets and of course God. Down, invoking just the opposite images of devils, Satan, evil, darkness and Oral Roberts favorite, the lake of fire. (The lake of fire, usually invoking enough fear in fervent followers to extract larger donations). In some very real ways, that is why some of you still attach darkness as bad and people with dark skin, as somehow less and therefore less acceptable. Fortunately, you are evolving out of that distorted belief, at least in some sections of the U.S. and the world in general.

The reason some ask the question is never the same, but "What does God have planned for my life", is simply a matter of ignorance of newer personalities in your system, you all know the answer. God actually has nothing planned for you. By now you know that God is not human by any stretch of the imagination, but God (All That Is) has experienced the human form and human perspectives, long ago in your earth terms, but All That Is has passed through ALL perspectives, all universes and all worlds in its multi-dimensional experience. There is nothing that exists that God has not had his finger in, but on the other hand, God does not have to be directly concerned with his creations or their life choices but He is still intimately aware of every act by every minute consciousness from the most to the least of his creations. God obviously does not have human form, nor does she have human motivations. I used the differing pronouns to emphasize that God is not male or female, but is both in essence only, sex would make little sense for the Entity who does not have to act in physical reality to produce offspring. In a very real way, all of Earth's people, the animals, the flora and the fauna are God's distant descendants and the exponential expansion of life on earth was the result of his one "FIRST IDEA".

You should understand that the prime motivation which is the impetus and catalyst for all experience and expansion in all dimensions, is the inner law of "creativity". It was for God in the beginning and it is still for you. If there was only one, (and of course there is not only one), criteria for life in any and all forms, anywhere, any time, it is the quality of "creativity", without which no universe would have ever been created. I know that what I am now going to suggest will be considered heresy by some, but you need to get a feel for the true nature of the inner reality of the Original Prime Source, God. has no intention of planning anything for anybody, so if you are waiting patiently for God to tell you what to do, forget it. It's not happening in this lifetime. Get on with it, do what you are supposed to be doing, making your own life choices, creating your personal reality, learning from what you create and then doing it again, making adjustments and refinements and doing it better the next time. Life should be easy, and if it isn't, you're doing it wrong.

God knows even when he does not try to know, he knows. God feels even when he does not try to feel, but so do you, since knowing and feeling are pretty much automatic as are all emotions. In an abstract way, you could say that God operates automatically as a process rather than as a human type being or even as a personality as you know personalities. It is very true that not one bird will fall without God being aware of that incident, and this fact alone would be far more astounding to you if you had any idea of the limitless scope of creativity of All That Is. You operate in one small world in one small universe while God operates in a multi dimensional reality containing countless worlds and universes and countless birds that may fall.

The requirement for creativity as a basis for all existence totally negates the idea that God has plans for every personality and if God had your life planned out for you in advance, then what would be your purpose in this life; to become a slave to God's will? I think not. Pre determination as you think of it does not exist. God has better things to do than sit on a cloud contemplating what he wants for your life. I have said before and will again, your soul/entity is your closest contact with God and you are an emissary of your soul. If you had any idea of the vast intellect, evolved maturity and purpose even of your soul, you would indeed be in awe and wonder how God could be more. But it IS.

There does exist a plan for your life, but you in concert with your soul/entity created the plan, you wrote the script of the play of your life, and the play has purpose and intent and furthers your entities development as it furthers yours simultaneously. The entity cannot directly materialize ALL of itself in the physical system so it creates it's personalities, that is you and others like you, and then with your full consent, creates scenarios for varied and challenging life experiences that you will actualize in your life, problems to deal with, to encounter, to solve and to triumph over. Of course, as soon as the (rough outline) of your life is written, you cause yourself to forget that you wrote the play in the first place.

I repeat myself once again. Your life is like a movie or a Broadway play, and even before you are born in the flesh, you choose your future life's challenges, in addition to writing the script, you choose your fellow actors, then you jump in feet first or maybe I should say, emerge head first, and begin the first act, but not before you give yourself a good case of amnesia, causing yourself to forget that you yourself wrote the play. Obviously, if you were consciously aware that you wrote the script, you would know the outcome and would not take the experience seriously so the consequences must be critical and dire to be effective.

What I am saying is that YOU have plans for your life that you decided on long ago, and left alone the plans will unfold as you planned. God has no plans for your life, and although God has no lips with which to speak, if he could speak, he would undoubtably say, "I don't care what you do, but just do something". A life is never wasted, but if a life could be wasted, it would be because you chose to passively stand by and watch, too paralyzed with fear to experience all there is to know and learn.

Have You Checked the Health of Your Small Business PC?

Posted by admin 5/26/2009 0 comments
If you haven't you are at huge risk of catastrophic failure!

Here are five tips to ensure your computer's viability: I guarantee you, you will have problems if you do not follow these simple tips and when it happens, not if, you will be kicking yourself! Many of us including myself believe our computers are reliable and that we will never have a computer or hard disk crash until it happens. Yes, computer reliability has increased dramatically reducing the risk of failure, still no matter how reliable you believe, you cannot protect yourself against the unexpected, whether it is accidental or malicious.

Once you have a problem all hell breaks loose as we begin to realize the potential of what we may have lost and just watch your stress level rocket!. All small businesses including my own CANNOT rely on a single system with no form of checkup and redundancy, it is just crass lunacy. Yet I bet some 95% of us just do that. Sure we understand the need to check the health of our computers, sure we make commitments to do it but it all comes down to a decision and sure enough we get distracted, we promise ourselves we will do this but we don't.

You need to follow these five simple tips, they require no expertise on your behalf, these are easy and simple to do:

TIP 1: Backup Your Hard Disk: Always have a redundant hard drive that basically mirrors you're PC's hard driver. This means that every file you create as you are creating it is also created on a backup drive. This is really easy to do, there are external hard drives that you can purchase with built-in software. These drives can be plugged into your PCs USB port. As an example I used Seagate Freeagent , if you Google them you will find a selection of good low priced drives (<$100 for 320GB drive). You keep this drive plugged in at all times and so if you ever get a system crash you at least know your data is safe. Also you can load your operating system onto the drive (selection option) allowing you to boot you system off another PC. So you can be backup and running in no time. Worth its weight in GOLD!

TIP 2: Check The Health Of Your PC Register: Your PC registry, basically controls all software running on your PC, frequently corrupts which can cause a host of problems from unexplained performance issues and sometimes unexpected system crashes. For less than $30 you can get a registry cleaner and optimizer; this keeps your system in tip-top shape and really does maintain your system's performance. The product I used was regCure which was simple to install and use. It detects problems in your PC registry and fixes them without any intervention from you!

TIP 3:Check The Health Of Your Hard Disk: System performance is not only about the registry it is also about your hard disk. There is a FREE option in Microsoft's windows operating system that allows you to check your hard disk for errors and for the file fragmentation, namely pieces of a file can be stored in many locations on your hard drive, the defragmentation tool brings those file pieces together which makes your disk access faster as the system finds the file in one location and loads it. To find where these FREE tools are located on your PC simply select your hard disk icon in the 'My Computer' icon on your desktop, right click on it and select properties. In properties you will find a tool tab select it and then select error checking. Make sure you check both the automatically fix file system errors and scan for bad sectors and recover. This process normally takes several hours to complete and requires you to reboot your PC. I do this monthly and I start it before I go to bed at night so in the morning it has completed. Defragment for hard disk: Once you have checked your hard disk follow the same steps above but this time select defragmentation instead of error checking. This process again may take several hours to complete so let it run overnight. These two simple tips (3&4) will keep your hard disk fit and healthy and will keep your PC performance at its best.

TIP 4: Cleanup your internet files and cookies: I don't know if you realize that when operating on the internet many small files are created on your PC, some are temporary files that are deleted when you leave a site other files like cookies (aka HTTP cookies, web cookies, tracking cookies) are not. They remain on your PC and these cookies store information about your PC that websites use to maintain specific information about users such as site preference, contents of your shopping cart, signed on status, including encrypted passwords etc. It is advisable to clean these files on a regular basis as they do provide some website owners interesting information about you and your preferences. I use the internet a lot, it is a part of my business and so weekly I cleanse my system of these cookies and temporary files. It is very simple to do. Go to your web browsers, I will use IE (v7.0) for this example, select tools on the toolbar menu, then internet options, then browsing history under the general tab then click on the delete button. You will get a host of options but I usually select the delete all. You are done, that's it!

TIP 5: Get virus protection for your PC: This is an absolute must. If you do not do this, you will regret it as viruses effectively corrupt your hard drive putting you data at huge risk. There are many good products on the market. I use AVG Internet security, it just works quietly behind the scene doing its thing and today (touch wood) I'm still virus free and believe me I've been around some very shady areas on the internet

I've been in the IT industry for over 25 years and I think I have seen it all, but what is most potent is when a system crash happens to a small business whose livelihood is dependent upon its data. It can be devastating and very costly to recover data if at all possible. With the explosion of the home based businesses using PCs on the internet, the risk of PC failure has compounded many fold. Those who use computers just to access the internet have become complacent because we understand that our PCs are like our autos, we know how to operate them but we don't know what to do if they need fixing and unlike our autos we may actually lose something important that we cannot get back.

DON'T PREVARICATE, just follow these five simple tips and you will avoid the stress of losing your access to your livelihood. There is of course no 100% guarantee that you will have no problems but at least you will have significantly reduced the likelihood of problems and if you do get any catastrophic failure if you have used a mirrored approach to your hard disk as I explained in tip 1 you will be up and running in no time with no loss of data.

Partnerships and Starting a Franchise

Posted by admin 5/14/2009 0 comments
Partnerships have a relatively low rate of success when starting a franchise. Well, the same is true for any business. Why? Most partnerships fall apart within a few years or even months because of mistakes during their structuring process.

In many cases partnerships are put together because one person either can't afford a business or does not have the expertise to start one.

As a result, exited to find a partner and fulfill an individual dream, entrepreneurs rush to get started before taking care of some important details.

Here are some things that need to be considered when starting a franchise business in a partnership:

1. What is the exits strategy? - Maker sure that you share the same vision of where you want to be in 5 years. If an offer comes along to buy your franchise, what will you do?

2. Decide what to do if you stop agreeing on things - effective dispute resolution tools need to be put in place before you get started.

You are going to spend a lot of time with your franchise partner, don't expect to agree on everything.

3. Decide who is the boss - it is almost impossible to run a 50/50 partnership. Someone needs to be the boss or the CEO.

This way you know who is responsible for a final decision from the beginning instead of having to decide that each time on the spot.

4. Consider a Limited Partnership - Make sure that all the liabilities in your business are clearly spelled out. Getting a limited partnership agreement in place might be the best way to go.

5. Look at some successful partnership examples - Baskin and Robbins (ice cram franchise) come to mind. Take you time to research what made other people successful in this arrangement.

When considering a partnership it also helps to consult an attorney in order to incorporate all the details into a partnership agreement.

In the end, partnership may be a great option for you, the key is to give careful consideration to all your options and properly document everything.

Make Money Online With Your Passion

Posted by admin 5/11/2009 0 comments
It seems not fair why other people are making much more easy money in a just one month, while other people are making hard money throughout the year. Why is that happened?

The main reason behind that is the other person who make more money online in more relax and easy way, because he is working with passion. Passion will keep you motivated even it's hard work for others. It gives a burning fuel of desire to keep going and make a lot of money online.

Passion will direct you to find good companies that are suitable with your interests. It is your burning desire that will encourage you to make the right choice of company that you're willing to put an effort in order to make more money online.

Passion is really essential for your online success endeavor. The lack of it will put yourself into slaves of pure hard work and not giving you any happiness at all. A well-made website is necessary for you to get started in making money online, supported by solid marketing plan that includes its marketing and advertising campaign. If all are put into place, then it's a good decision to get started immediately.

A careful research of whom you are dealing online is critical. You must check their credibility, before you trust anybody for business partnership or whatever agreement arrangement. Most of the time trusting your inner voice works best.

Don't take the courage to dive into the online business even your aware that you're totally blindfolded. Every minutes count here, the more time you put into the online opportunity you undertake, the more money will flow into your bank account. Make your homework first well-done before diving into the online business world.

Follow your inner voice, because it knows very well the difference between knowledge and guessing. It will unleash your inner power to achieve your goals. A conflict between your action and passion will bored you, lost you money, and might a threat to your good health.

I'm not insisting you to believe that passion is the only ingredients towards success. However, it is considered a good foundation for whatever endeavor you have.

Make passion as your good energy drink. It gives you the tremendous power to sustain and focus on your endeavor to succeed whatever it takes. Don't put your resources on things that you don't dare to care about.

Online Marketing is basically not difficult as someone's thinking, but it does need a true passion to motivate your actions.

Sleep Snoring Aids

Posted by admin 5/07/2009 0 comments
I wanted to talk to you about the sleep snoring aids that you can use to help fix your snoring problem. There are a lot of people that suffer from the problem of snoring and inevitably they are not the victims of this problem. The victims of snoring of the people that have to listen to it at 3 AM when I tried to sleep. Since the person creating the problem doesn't have to suffer from it they're not motivated to actually fix the problem. This can be a very frustrating ordeal for most people. This is why wanted to talk to about sleep snoring aids because it can be a very easy way to fix this problem.

Most people that snore don't understand how snoring works. There is loose tissue in your throat that ends up vibrating as you breathe. There's a specific change in physiology when you fall asleep that leads to your snoring. The first thing to point out is that your breathing becomes very rhythmic and leads to more vibration. You will also notice that your jaw will become loose. This causes your throat to constrict and air will travel at a much faster speed. You can't change your breathing patterns, but you can change your jaw position.

Out of all the sleep snoring aids that I have come across, the best is known as a jaw supporter. This is basically a headband that wraps around your chin and the top of your head. Is designed for one thing and that is to hold your jaw up while you sleep and this prevents snoring.

Laugh to Humor Your Health and Your Creativity

Posted by admin 5/05/2009 0 comments
Have you laughed you daily dose of laughter today? One big LOL can turn a stressful and lousy day into perfect merry day. If you haven't laughed by 9:00 a.m. on any given day, then your day is off to a poor start. Everyone is familiar with the old cliché "Laughter is the best medicine." Real life experiences tell us that this cliché is absolutely correct. According to medical experts we only need 15 chuckles a day keeps the doctor away.

Laughter comes in many forms; it could be subtle smile to a bursting belly laugh. You don't have guffaw and fall out of chair, or laugh until you cry to be laughing sufficiently. A simple smile is a step in the right direction. Humor can be a powerful ally in sustaining wellness and preventing lapses. Several researches proved that laugher releases chemical in the brains namely the beta-endorphins and enkephalins, which are natural pain killers. These natural pain killers are believed to be 100 times much stronger than any morphine- or opium-based drugs usually taken as painkillers.

Psychologist Alice M. Isen and colleagues conducted a study to a group of college students to determine how laughter affects creativity. Given a box of matches, a box of tacks, and a candle, the college students were asked how they would affix the candle to a corkboard so that when the candle is lighted the wax would not drip onto the corkboard. Before attempting to solve the problem, some group of students watched a comedy film of television bloopers that would put into laughter. The other group of students watched Area Under a Curve, a math film. The researchers found that 75% of the students put into a cheerful condition solved the problem correctly, whereas only 20% of students who watched the math film got it correct. Watching comedy shows such as Hannah Montana or J.O.N.A.S! can induce a good amount of chuckle to complete your daily dose of laughter.

Furthermore, laughter benefits the whole cardiovascular system through dilation of blood vessels and increase of blood flow throughout your body. When you laugh you gulp in large amount of air, which creates a rich, highly oxygenated flow of blood. When you laugh your blood pressure and heart rate increase as much as you exercise, but after the laughter subsides, both your blood pressure and heart rate return to levels lower than you started. As a result, you feel refreshed all over after a good dose of laughter. It is interesting that even the Bible agree with the power of laughter. On Proverbs 17:22 it states that "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."

Love your self and have a good laugh today!

Selecting an Engagement Ring She'll Love

Posted by admin 5/02/2009 0 comments
Presenting the girl of your dreams with an engagement ring is meant to be a treasured moment. Naturally, your future wife would prefer a ring she will cherish and be proud to show off. No-one sets out intentionally to select an engagement ring that their girlfriend will inwardly cringe at. Read these tips to ensure that you really are going to surprise her pleasantly.

Personal taste.

Is your girlfriend a slave to fashion trends? Does she wear the same styles no matter what? Yes, you may actually have to start paying some attention. Some girls like up and coming fashion and other girls prefer conservative. You should figure this out before you approach the jeweler. If you have no clue, perhaps you could ask a trusted sister or girl friend.

Some girls may even have family traditions to follow. For example, they may all have their engagement rings made by Uncle Bill, or they may all reuse their great grandmother's diamonds. It can pay to do some sleuthing before you make a mistake.

Observe her.

Another way to find out her engagement ring preferences is to look in a few windows together and pay attention to what she she admires. Most girls will always like rings in a few designs, and there will be other engagement ring settings that she does not look twice at. If she is a fan of bridal magazines, see if she has marked any pages, or ask her what her favorites are.

Some girlfriends may want the latest engagement ring trend and others may prefer a vintage style engagement ring.

Metal color.

More observation skills are required for this. Will your girlfriend want her engagement ring to be set in a white metal, like platinum, white gold, or palladium, or would she prefer yellow or rose gold? Today's trends for engagement ring metals veer towards the white metals. There are a couple of good reasons for this. Firstly, white metals will make any diamond look bigger. Secondly, platinum is hypoallergenic, so anyone with sensitive skin is less likely to suffer from skin irritations. Thirdly, for some, their mother's engagement rings are yellow gold and they want something different.

Again, you will need to look at what she already wears. Two tone engagement rings, where the shank may be one metal, and the prongs or setting, another color can be one good way to match other pieces. Girls who favor stainless steel watches will find that platinum or white gold engagement rings match best. (Unless you are planning to present her with an engagement ring that is covered in gems, and the metal cannot be seen).

Purchasing an engagement ring as a surprise is an incredibly romantic gesture. However, engagement rings are a big investment, and designed to wear for a lifetime. No one wants to select an engagement ring that is going to be placed in a jewelry box once the wedding ring is on the finger. No girl wants to feel that her future husband has absolutely no idea about any of her preferences. If in doubt, why not present her with a diamond and suggest you select an engagement ring setting together?

Dunne says she doesn't know the details yet about how or why Gans died.

Gans was a singer, comedian, actor and impressionist who performed for many years at The Mirage before moving to the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas in February.
